the taurus lunar eclipse

The Lunar eclipse energy is beginning to wash over us, and I see it out there manifesting differently for so many people. Some of us are or are soon to be settling into new houses or jobs where we feel safer and more secure. (That’s me!) Many are releasing old habits and patterns in relationships, and meeting or deepening into people they find to be more nurturing and who seem to sincerely value them. But mostly, I see this dynamic of security with it all. Realizations of what makes you feel secure, and insecure. Where do you let others take your power, and where do you stand powerfully in yourself? Who is showing up and who isn’t?

In my own life, for the first time in a while, business is booming, which is weird to come from my mouth as I have seemingly rejected the workaholic mentality all of my life, having the parents I have. But it’s interesting what happens when your work doesn’t feel like work. That’s when the money flows. It’s also interesting to relate that very sentiment to love. If you are aligned with yourself, it isn’t work, it’s just what you do. If you are aligned with yourself, the love flows to and from others.

You don’t have to have a specific purpose laid out in your life to feel the energy of alignment. I feel the intensity of society and the power struggles that play out with the Scorpio energy that’s got everybody in the depths of their feels, building chaotic belief systems about money, and spiritual purpose, and what a relationship SHOULD look like. It comes from insecurity. It comes from fear. It comes from the struggle for control over what we feel we have no control over.

My purpose is not to be a preschool teacher but I work at a preschool sometimes, and get to giggle with children and keep them safe, which makes my heart swell. My purpose is not to be the best psychic medium that ever existed, but I deliver insightful messages when the energy calls for it that are supportive to others. My purpose is not to write books, yet the healing flows when I allow the words to come when they want to come. It’s all about the energy, and how you’re using it, and this is how energy works for me, and it fluctuates all the time. Yours is likely very different, unique to your energy.

So maybe that ease and alignment is what Taurus is teaching us with this lunar eclipse. I have a brother who’s a Taurus, and knowing him teaches me so much. They are all about the ease and simplicity. They are about safety and pleasure. They are the sweet and the subtle. They slow down to enjoy their life experience.

And so no doubt, Uranus might bring in some shocking events this week that might throw us off guard because hello Lunar eclipse showing us release points! But you know what’s cool? We get to look for the ease and flow and what’s working for us. We get to continue to nurture everything that is aligning for us right now. I find that to be very, very exciting. We are learning so much!
