Yesterday I went to Tonto Natural Bridge with Eden. It was so cute, she played “in the jungle” on the kalimba and I enjoyed it so much. I also loved meditating by the water. I feel so loved and nurtured by everyone I’ve met here and I’m grateful.

But I’m also excited to connect with my sister and Alexis next week. I could use some good in person time with people I know best, especially after what I’ve grieved and have been through these past few months.

I am certainly different than I was before. I think in a good way.

In any case, I’ll always cherish these memories of my time spent exploring the desert. It certainly hasn’t been dull.
